So how the hell does this work?

I'm going to try this based on a suggestion from a friend.  I don't think i'm that self absorbed to twitter so why not give this a shot.  I mean I gotta love me just a bit to believe that someone would want to read what I gotta say... right? well maybe I'll try twitter too. Maybe I am that guy or maybe you just really like me that much to check me out... yeaa thats it.
